  • How much do your employees pay for their insurance?
  • How  much will your employees spend on deductibles, co-insurance, family eye  care, family dental care, family chiropractic care, family  prescriptions and child care?
  • Now  total the estimate your employees will spend in all areas and multiply  it times your FICA rate of 7.65%. This will give you the TOTAL SAVINGS  for your company! Multiply your savings times 3 and you will know how  much it saves your employees!
